How do I access parent coaching after purchase?

After subscribing, log in to your account with kaylapoppen.com (with your email used to create the subscription) or click Manage Your Account from the checkout screen. CLICK ON THE FEED SECTION. There, you will be invited to join WhatsApp for either voice memo or video calling, depending on your chosen subscription level.

How soon can I get answers to my parenting questions after subscribing?

After subscribing, log in to your account with kaylapoppen.com (with your email used to create the subscription) or click Manage Your Account from the checkout screen. CLICK ON THE FEED SECTION. There, you will be invited to join WhatsApp for either voice memo or video calling, depending on your chosen subscription level.

3 Qs PER MONTH & UNLIMITED VOICE: Once you've created your WhatsApp account, you can ask your first parenting question immediately! You can expect a response within 24 hours.

UNLIMITED VIDEO: Once you've created your WhatsApp account, you can schedule a video call with us via our Calendly scheduling tool online. Sessions are available as soon as tomorrow (or further out if needed).

Can I subscribe on & off as parenting questions arise?

You can start and stop your subscription as needed, with no contracts. If you prefer to have a month on then a month(s) off, you are free to do that! Simply pause your subscription, then select a future date that you would like to have your subscription reinstated.

Please note: Subscriptions are monthly, so your subscription (& access to parent coaching) will remain active for the entire month in which you paid for it. The beginning of the following month after pausing would result in no charge.

 

What apps do you use for voice memos and video calls?

For voice memos & video calls, we utilize WhatsApp. This application is free to download and use after subscribing. Conversations that occur within the app are secure and encrypted.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be canceled or paused by logging in to your Kayla Poppen coaching account and clicking on the Subscriptions tab, then Manage, then Cancel subscription. Subscriptions are monthly, so your subscription (& access to parent coaching) will remain active for the entire month in which you paid for it. The beginning of the following month after pause or cancellation would result in no charge.

Do you refund subscriptions?

Our goal is 100% client satisfaction with our parent coaching. If you are not satisfied with the support you've received, please reach out to us directly to discuss. We will do whatever we can to correct the situation - whether that's giving a refund or discussing what is needed going forward.

Please note: The advice we give, though rooted in developmentally appropriate practice, is not a guarantee for success. We will not refund for reasons relating to the execution of advice not resulting in the desired outcome. Every child, parent and home is different. However, there is always room for discussion if a coaching client feels dissatisfaction with our services.
